1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using the FC Freedom UA website. Once approved and effective, they will apply to your use of the website. If you do not agree with the applicable terms, please discontinue use and contact the club with any questions. This draft does not replace signed club agreements or limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

2. Website Purpose

FC Freedom UA is a youth soccer club. This website provides general information about the club, soccer programs, fees, schedules and ways for parents and legal guardians to express interest in participation. Website information is not a personalized offer of membership or a substitute for communication with club management.

3. Preliminary Registration

Online registration is only a preliminary application. Sending an application does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment, create club membership, reserve a roster place or replace official registration documents.

The new website is currently a preview. Its registration form does not send or save applications, and completing it does not create an application record. When a submission service is enabled, only an explicit confirmation of saved submission will indicate that the preliminary application has been received. Receipt will still not mean acceptance into the club.

Official registration is completed after acceptance into the club and submission of all required documents. The club will communicate the applicable process directly to the parent or guardian.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

A parent or legal guardian must complete a child's preliminary application and provide accurate, relevant information and their own contact details. Children should not submit applications independently. Parents and guardians should promptly notify the club of material corrections.

Preliminary processing consent concerns the application and family communications. It is not agreement to financial contracts, assumption-of-risk terms or a photograph and video release. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Soccer Programs and Availability

Programs, team placement, tryouts and participation depend on factors including suitability, available places, staffing, facilities and scheduling. Descriptions, fees and schedules provide general planning information and may change. Contact club management to confirm the details applicable to your player before making arrangements or commitments. The website does not guarantee a particular place, result, level of competition or development outcome.

6. Official Club Agreements

FC Freedom UA provides parents and legal guardians with a printed package of documents to complete and sign as part of official registration. The package includes:

• Player & Parent Commitment Agreement
• Photograph & Video Release Form
• Ethics of Behavior Agreement
• Financial Agreement

These website terms and a preliminary online application do not replace or sign those documents. Questions about their content should be directed to club management. Participation, financial commitments and permissions are addressed in the applicable official documents, subject to applicable law. The texts of financial contracts and medical questionnaires are not published on these legal pages.

7. Website Content

Website text, photographs, logos and other materials are provided for information about FC Freedom UA. Relevant rights remain with the club or the respective rights holders. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial information purposes. Do not republish club photographs, use club branding to imply endorsement or reproduce protected materials without appropriate permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Third-party names and logos remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

8. Appropriate Website Use

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit false or misleading applications, impersonate a parent or guardian, send spam, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services or misuse personal information. Do not use the website to collect or exploit information about children or other families. The club may take reasonable steps to address misuse.

9. External Links

The website may contain links to services or websites operated by others. Their content, availability and practices are controlled by their operators. Review their terms and privacy information before using them. An external link does not itself guarantee that service or its content.

10. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors, interruptions and outdated details may occur. Access may be unavailable during maintenance or for other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please confirm important registration, program, fee and schedule information with the club. Nothing here excludes obligations or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the website and club processes change. Approved updates will be posted here with an effective date. Where required, additional notice will be provided. Website updates do not by themselves amend a separately signed club agreement.
